Jesus’ Promises for
Praying the Chaplet

Jesus promises to grant everything through the Chaplet, if it be in accordance with His will ((Diary, 1128). He says, It pleases Me to grant everything they ask of Me by saying the chaplet.” (Diary - Divine Mercy in My Soul, 1541)
He told St. Faustina, The Souls that will say this Chaplet will be embraced by My mercy."  Jesus encourages us to pray the Chaplet for everything, but especially for the dying: When they say this chaplet in the presence of the dying, I will stand between My father and the dying person, not as    the just Judge but as the merciful Savior. (Diary, 1541)

The most important moment of your life is the moment of your death, because it is the very last chance that you have for mercy. After you die comes judgment.Jesus offers the grace of a peaceful and happy death if we pray the Chaplet by someone who is dying, or if that person prays the Chaplet.   What is “the grace of a peaceful and happy death?”   That means that no matter what state we are in—we could be in a coma—Our Lord will give us all the graces we need at that crucial moment to make the right choice.
Jesus came to St. Faustina (we read about it on the pages of her Diary, 1797-1798) and told her "My daughter, help me to save souls. You will go to a dying sinner and continue to recite the chaplet."  (Diary, 1797)  "Suddenly I found myself in a strange cottage where an elderly man was dying amidst great torments." (Diary, 1798)  St. Faustina could see the family crying around the man’s bed, but she also saw what we don’t see; she saw demons attacking this man, accusing him of all the sins of his life, trying to deprive him of hope. Then Jesus told her, in this way you will obtain for him trust in My mercy, for he is already in despair." (Diary, 1797) As soon as she began to pray the Chaplet, the demons fled and Jesus appeared as the Divine Mercy and the rays that shone from His pierced side enveloped the dying man. The man regained confidence in God’s goodness and died in peace.
